Unlike traditional Real Estate Agents, we do not list properties for sale. We provide representation instead of sales. Our agents are trained in residential home construction and will point out potential problems. We NEVER pressure to buy. We look out for your best interests. We do not require a Buyer Representation Agreement. We interview our clients to make sure we can work together as a TEAM.

Only an Exclusive Buyer's Agent can provide representation without a conflict of interest. Sometimes a traditional Real Estate Agent will represent both clients in a transaction which leaves everyone without proper representation. This is called dual agency. Agents claiming to be buyer's agents also have in house listings. The agents here attend the same office meetings and share the same copy and fax machines which could expose confidential information about your transaction.
